I, personally, have less tolerance for spamming than I have for griefers. I'm willing to give griefers another shot, provided they shape up. With these spambots that we apparently get on the forum, I delete their account as soon as I see it.

That being said, I have three comments:

If you recognize a forum post as spam, DON'T click the link- it gives the spammer what they're after, which is a click-through (and possibly your IP address)

Go ahead and drop me a line using the messaging tool- I'll get rid of it and the account post-haste.

When dealing with these net versions of telemarketers, I have observed that it is not enough to simply delete the spam post, if the spammer has a presence on the forum, they keep coming back, making new garbage posts. The only way to get these guys to stop is to delete the account

Thanks to @Fwiller for pointing out the latest spambot. It has been dealt with.
